Miller (98) makes the case that the route line not only continued leftwards from Tolosa to the two indistinctly named vignettes, but proceeded further left into Iberia in the ur-document. Like emendation 1,1:1, the latter line may have been omitted because the earlier model in the copying chain was faded or very tattered at the parchment edge.
